Terms of Service

AM Elites provides access to affiliate marketing training, systems, and partner programme opportunities designed to help individuals start earning online. By purchasing and accessing AM Elites, you agree to the following terms in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.

1. Nature of the Product

AM Elites is an education product. Your payment buys access to our training material, the ELITE Challenge pathway, and the private member community. It does not buy you the right to promote any specific business, brand, or affiliate offer.

Placement onto one of our partner teams after passing the ELITE Challenge is guaranteed to members who complete the system as instructed and comply with these terms — including remaining active, following the system without deviation, completing tasks within the stated timeframes, and communicating with staff via Discord. This is a conditional guarantee: it applies only to members who meet those requirements and does not apply to anyone who fails to complete the ELITE Challenge or who breaches these terms.

The guarantee covers your placement, not your income. Placement is not an employment relationship, a partnership, or a commission contract, and it is not a guarantee of any specific earnings. AM Elites teaches you how affiliate marketing works and pushes you to apply it; what you earn after placement is your work, your effort, and your results.

AM Elites is not a pyramid scheme, MLM, or recruitment-based programme. There is no downline, no levels, no requirement to refer anyone. Earnings come from standard affiliate commissions paid by our partner programmes when their products sell through content you produce.

2. Active Participation

Members are expected to engage actively with the system from the point of purchase. This includes completing each stage of the ELITE Challenge within the timeframes communicated by AM Elites staff. You are responsible for checking in regularly, keeping up with instructions, and progressing through the system without unnecessary delay.

Failing to remain active, failing to follow the system as instructed, or going silent without prior communication to staff may be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in removal from the programme without refund.

3. Follow the System

Members agree to follow the guidance, instructions, and steps provided by AM Elites. This includes completing tasks when directed, posting content as instructed, and adhering to the content standards and conduct guidelines outlined within the community.

Members who deviate from the system — including skipping steps, refusing to follow instructions, or attempting to pursue unsanctioned methods — do so entirely at their own risk and forfeit any entitlement to support, placement into partner programmes, or commission opportunities.

4. Communication

Members are expected to remain reachable and communicative at all times via the designated AM Elites Discord community. If you encounter a problem, a delay, or a personal circumstance that affects your progress, you are expected to communicate this to staff proactively — not go quiet.

Support, guidance, and partner programme placement are available only to active, communicating members. Members who disappear, ignore messages from staff, or repeatedly fail to respond within a reasonable timeframe may have their access removed without refund.

5. Refunds & The Conditional 2-Month Pay Guarantee

Due to the entirely digital nature of the product and the immediate access granted upon payment, all sales are final and AM Elites does not offer general or discretionary refunds. There is exactly one exception to this: the conditional 2-Month Pay Guarantee set out below.

The 2-Month Pay Guarantee. If you have fully satisfied every eligibility condition in this clause and you have still received no commission or payment whatsoever within sixty (60) days of being placed onto a partner team, you may request a full refund of the price you paid for AM Elites. This is a conditional guarantee for members who genuinely do the work — it is not a satisfaction guarantee, a trial period, or a change-of-mind refund.

Eligibility conditions (all must be met and evidenced). To qualify for the 2-Month Pay Guarantee you must, throughout your membership up to the point of claim, have:

• Completed the ELITE Challenge in full, within the timeframes communicated by AM Elites staff
• Put in and evidenced at least the minimum required effort — a minimum of 15 hours per week of genuine, consistent work applying the system
• Posted content and completed every task exactly as instructed, without deviating from the system
• Remained active and communicated proactively with your manager and staff via the AM Elites Discord at all times
• Complied with every other term in this agreement and remained a member in good standing
• Submitted your claim in writing within 14 days of the end of the 60-day period, together with the evidence required below

Evidence of effort is mandatory. The burden is on you to prove your effort. You agree that you will keep and, on request, provide verifiable evidence of your work — including but not limited to the content you posted, posting dates and frequency, analytics/screenshots, task completions, and your communication history with staff. AM Elites will assess claims against your logged activity and internal records. If you cannot evidence the required effort, you do not qualify, regardless of your results.

The guarantee does NOT apply — and no refund of any kind is due — in any of the following circumstances:

• You did not complete the ELITE Challenge
• You were inactive, inconsistent, lost motivation, or went silent on staff at any point
• You cannot evidence the minimum required effort (including the 15 hours per week)
• You deviated from the system, skipped steps, or pursued unsanctioned methods
• Change of mind, or dissatisfaction with results, earnings, or the product
• You received any commission or payment within the 60-day period (the guarantee is that you are paid, not that you reach a particular amount)
• Your access was suspended or removed for any breach of these terms, or you breached these terms in any way
• You purchased from an ineligible region or provided false information

Sole discretion & final decision. AM Elites is the sole arbiter of whether the eligibility conditions have been met, based on the evidence and its own records, acting reasonably. Where the guarantee genuinely applies, the refund is limited to the amount you actually paid for access to AM Elites and nothing more. This clause does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.

By proceeding with purchase you explicitly acknowledge and accept that all sales are final save for this single conditional guarantee, and that the guarantee protects members who do the work and can prove it — not those who do not.

6. Access Revocation

AM Elites reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a member's access — without notice and without refund — in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to comply with any part of these Terms of Service
• Disrespectful, abusive, or harmful behaviour toward staff or other members
• Attempting to misuse, redistribute, copy, or resell any part of the system or its content
• Operating from a geographic region outside of AM Elites' permitted territories
• Providing false information during registration or purchase
• Any conduct deemed detrimental to the AM Elites community or brand

7. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All training material, system documentation, methods, strategies, and content provided within AM Elites — including but not limited to written guides, video content, community posts, and challenge materials — is the sole intellectual property of AM Elites.

You may not share, copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly post any of this content outside of the AM Elites community under any circumstances. Violations will result in immediate access removal and may be subject to further legal action.

8. Conduct Standards

Members are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect at all times — toward staff, toward fellow members, and in any external content they produce as part of the system. The following behaviours will result in immediate removal without refund:

• Harassment, bullying, or verbal abuse of any member or staff
• Spamming, trolling, or deliberately disruptive behaviour in the community
• Posting misleading, defamatory, or illegal content
• Attempting to solicit, recruit, or promote competing products within the community

9. Geographic Availability

AM Elites is currently available to members in the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, and most of Asia and South America. At present, we are unable to accept members from Nigeria, most of Africa, and parts of South East Asia due to restrictions within our partner programmes. Purchasing from an ineligible region constitutes a breach of these terms and access will be removed without refund.

10. Acceptance

By completing your purchase of AM Elites, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. These terms are binding from the moment payment is processed.
